The following explains how to recruit nations, first of all.

1. Click on the "Nations" link on the sidebar menu of P&W, it is under heading "World".
2. Order by nations "Date Created" under the setting "Descending".
3. Find the last nation that was messaged by Acadia and then click on the first nation created after that nation that is not in an alliance, create a new tab to view the nation on a different web page and click on the button to send a private message to that nation.
4. Go through all the nations created after the nation you clicked to send a PM to and add all the ruler names of the nations with no alliance to the "CC:" of the private messages, use "," to separate the ruler names.
5. At this point you should add the recruitment message and click "send message" to send the recruitment messages.

Forum and in-game code versions. Click to expand:

Welcome!
The official welcome package of Acadia

Joining an alliance in Politics and War is a big decision and a tough choice to make. That is why we at Acadia would like to extend our deepest gratitude to you for choosing us as your alliance and hope that, in time, you come to think of us as not only a large governing body, but also, as a friend. To make your transition into the alliance an easier one, we have put together this information package that details much of what we have to offer so you can get an upper hand in defending your nation and continuing to grow in a quick fashion.

Acadia is a trade and financially based alliance. That being said, our plans for growing in P&W are focused more on setting up trade agreements in the market and propagating healthy and stable financial growth to all members. The guides that are set up in our forums reflect these focuses and are merely a suggestion to follow. At the end of the day, it is up to the individual to decide how they would like their nation to be managed.

Without further ado, here is what Acadia can offer to you:

Operation: Everything Must Grow(EMG):
The EMG program is for leaders below 500 nation score. It will provide $200,000 every day, for free, provided that you sign in to the program every day. It is here to promote activity on the forum and in-game. You must sign in everyday to receive the funds in order to keep us from sending money to nations that have gone inactive. The sign in threads will be posted daily in The Trading Post, with the old thread being archived.

Project Skylines:
Project Skylines is designed to let the Acadia bank pay for new cities that you wish to purchase. Any nation score can take advantage of the program, however, it has it's limits. Take a look to see if you qualify!

The Central Bank and Loan Requests:
The Central Bank is an offer from the bank to buy resources of up to 200 per sell request for +10% of the actual market value. The idea is to increase the alliance's resource pool while giving the selling member extra cash. Everyone can use this feature. The Loan Requests program is designed to help out with any purchases that you may want to make, but are strapped for the cash. There are rules for repayment and only people with the "Members" tag or above are eligible for loans. Go here if you would like to know more.

Iron dome, Missile Launch Pad, and Nuclear Research Facility programs:
Each of these is geared for mid to high nation score leaders. These programs pay for some vital national projects for later use, so remember them when the time comes to save yourself some unnecessary spending!

War Aid:
With a game title like Politics and War, the war portion is going to be inevitable. With that in mind, we have this program in place to help you out in battle to gain an upper hand. This program has it's own set of rules and qualifications, and they can be found here.

Game guides:
In order to serve you a better game experience, we have put together a number of guides that show some insight in game mechanics, descriptions of in-game features, and various ways to build your nation. After a little while, city management can become a daunting task, but, if you arm yourself with some of the knowledge these guides can offer, then that task becomes a bit easier.

Acadia's current government is as follows:

Leadership:
Lord Proprietor - TheNG
Patroon - George Clooney

Resident Ministers:
Cape Merchant (Finance) - Kyte
Intendant (Internal Affairs) - JD Keller
Captain (Military) - Dorsaiwolf
Chief Agent (Foreign Affairs) - RightHonorable

Senior Colonists:
Archivist (Internal Affairs) - Anymou
Boarding Officer (Military) - Magnanimus
Armourer (Military) - Clarke/Lightning
Intelligencer (Foreign Affairs) - ColoringNick
Consul (Foreign Affairs) - Pitabread

If you have any questions or would like to receive advice regarding Acadia, P&W, our programs, or anything else in general, all members of the government will be more than willing to help out however they can.
